Our Story & Approach

StageCraft Confidence was born out of a desire to make public speaking less intimidating and more accessible for everyone. Founded by Inge Labbis, a lifelong advocate for clear communication, we blend proven methodologies with a warm, human touch. Our approach centers on gradual, supportive growth—helping each participant progress at a comfortable pace. Over the years, we’ve developed a timeline of innovative programs that adapt to your needs, whether you’re a beginner or an experienced speaker seeking refinement.

2012: StageCraft Confidence founded in Sydney
2015: Launch of our first group workshops
